Terms of Service

* If you're not entirely sure of something or need clarification on something, feel free to ask!
* I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces in portfolios and to self-advertise. I also reserve the right to stream and post WIPs of the art while I'm working on it. I will never use your pieces for my personal merch.
* My work is NEVER to be used in a blockchain. If I find you are using my work for NFTs, block chains, or other crypto content, I will pursue any action I can against you.
* I am more likely to work for you if you are a friend, return customer, friend of a friend (usually vetted), or someone I've gotten to know prior to the commission.
* I reserve the right to deny any commission I see fit, for any reason, whether it has started or not.
* Art takes me time due to chronic illness and pain. Each product has it's guestimation on time required, so plan accordingly. I am not responsible for your lack of proper scheduling and will not refund you if YOU did not plan your deadlines properly.
* I will not start your commission until my current piece/queue (if I have one) is finished, which means you may be waiting quite a while. During this time, you are not required to pay and you are welcome to DM/email me for updates, within reason.
* Pieces used in merchandise have royalties and licenses discussed prior to the commission is accepted. I typically require 15% of each month's revenue up to one year before the license is renewed/ended.
* Payment is upfront through Paypal invoice. You must let me know upfront if you need other payment options.
* I am willing to do payment plans for bigger pieces and/or work within your budget.
* I only refund in certain circumstances: personal burnout on a piece, missing a deadline, accidental overpay, or inability to finish the piece at my choice. Refunds are void after I have finished the flat colors.
I reserve the right to not refund you if you are rude to me or are difficult to work with (continuous pressuring, constant changes after a certain stage, etc).
* IF MY PRICING CHANGES DURING A COMMISSION: I follow the "grandfather clause" for most pieces. That means I will not charge clients extra if my prices go up during any point AFTER they have already paid. Pricing may be negotiated before a piece is started, but not after or during payment.
* Dropped contact after asking for a price estimate will result in me no longer accepting commissions from you in the future, as it's considered a waste of my time. All it takes is a little "that's out of my budget right now, sorry." There's no shame in that; I cannot afford to spend time giving out estimates to people who do not respect my time and energy.
* I will not start on the lineart phase of the work until you pay the full amount.
* I occasionally draw sexual content, but I have hard limits that we will discuss beforehand (I much prefer suggestive (like pinups and nudes) over hardcore content, however).
* I am willing to try most anything (mech, logos, graphic design (MAYBE), diff genres, etc), but my strong suits are: Monsters, Furries, some Animals, Gore, Horror Themes, and Conceptual Sketching!
* I do not claim ownership of the characters drawn, unless they are my own, were purchased by me, or were given to me.
*I charge more for more complex designs and details, including props. I do not like doing fully illustrated backgrounds, so they are the most expensive!
* You may use my work on your social media platforms, but ONLY MINOR EDITS OF MY WORK ARE ALLOWED. This includes but is not limited to: minor cropping (icons/panels/banners), small overlays such as stickers (no recoloring layers), etc. Ask if you're unsure!
* These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: I do not guarantee I'll follow any prompts given to me, but I do promise I will do my best to keep as in-character as possible.There is no guarantee I'll add full bodies into these, so if you want to guarantee full body sketches, make sure you add that on!

Do you cam stream, but need something for when you take days off? Or, do you wanna see an original character/mascot/yourself come to life through art? PNGtubers are a great way to add some spice to your streams without any major hastle or extra load-intensive programs!
Animated PNGs are not available at this time, but may be added in the future.NOTE: If you need info on how to set up a pngtuber, let me know and I can get you some resources to get you started!
